To enhance the team spirit and cohesion among employees, the company organized a two-day tourism team building activity. The destination of this trip is Zaozhuang City. We will visit the Crown Pomegranate Garden, Taierzhuang Battle Museum, Taierzhuang Ancient City, and Weishan Lake Honghe Wetland Scenic Area. This is an unforgettable journey, as well as a journey to experience history.

On a Friday in late October, the autumn morning sun still had a hint of coolness, but it did not affect the enthusiasm of my friends to participate in the company's team building. A group of people got on the bus, laughing and laughing all the way, and set off towards their destination, Taierzhuang Ancient City. Speaking of Taierzhuang Ancient City, it is known as the "Number One Village in the World" and is the center of the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. Located in Taierzhuang District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, it is an ancient city where dreams can be pursued.

Our first stop was the Crown Pomegranate Garden in Zaozhuang, known as the "Number One Pomegranate Garden in the World". Entering the park, a green ocean comes into view, and thick pomegranate trees cover the earth like natural green umbrellas. Under the guidance of our tour guide, we visited and tasted a simple pomegranate orchard along the way. Pomegranates were large, delicious, and sweet, making people salivate. During the tour, we also listened to a wonderful introduction to the history and culture of pomegranate in the area.

Next, we arrived at the Taierzhuang Battle Museum. The Taierzhuang Campaign was a major victory of the Chinese army in Shandong in the early days of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, which hit the arrogance of the Japanese aggressors, strengthened the confidence of the whole nation's army and people in adhering to the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. It was another victory of the Chinese people since the Chinese nation's comprehensive war of resistance against Japanese Aggression, following the Great Wall Campaign, the Great Victory at Pingxingguan and other battles, and was a great monument in the history of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. This museum was established to commemorate the Battle of Tai'erzhuang, and the exhibits and documents inside vividly present that period of history. In the museum, our friends followed the pace of the guide, carefully listening to each exhibit and the historical significance behind their stories. By understanding the fighting situation at that time and the heroic deeds of our revolutionary martyrs, we deeply felt the cruelty and heroism of war, and also greatly stimulated our patriotic spirit. We deeply feel that today's peaceful life is not easy to come by and needs to be cherished.

The next stop, we arrived at Taierzhuang Ancient City. This is an ancient city with a long history and culture, preserving a large number of buildings and streets from the Ming and Qing dynasties. This ancient city is famous for its unique canal culture, ancient architectural styles, and rich historical connotations.

After arriving at the ancient city of Taierzhuang, the friends rushed straight into the city, eager to see its beauty and experience its long history and profound cultural heritage. The buildings in the city are based on the canal culture, retaining traditional buildings such as war sites and temples, as well as modern buildings such as newly-built pavilions, ancient streets, and water lanes. The two complement each other and present a unique water town style.

Strolling along the ancient street, friends admire the streets paved with bluestone slabs, flanked by typical Huizhou and Minnan architecture, with white walls, black tiles, and upturned eaves, which are breathtakingly beautiful. The ancient city is crisscrossed by a water network, with small bridges and flowing water, and antique wooden boats can be seen everywhere. The young friends took group photos and enjoyed this wonderful time to the fullest.

As night falls, the ancient city in the darkness has a unique charm. The buildings of the ancient city are illuminated by lights, as if they are dressed in magnificent coats. On the antique streets, tourists are bustling and many shops are also open to welcome them, emitting a strong commercial atmosphere. In such an atmosphere, I feel very comfortable and relaxed, as if I have returned to the bustling city of ancient times. At the same time, the night in the ancient city is also a good time for leisurely strolling. Walking along the ancient streets, listening to music, enjoying the beautiful scenery in the night, and feeling the elegance and beauty of the ancient city. On such a night, we also deeply experienced the evolution and inheritance of human civilization, which gave us a deeper understanding and comprehension of history and culture.

The performance of scattering iron flowers is one of the most distinctive performances in the ancient city. In a corner of the ancient city, watching from the other bank, a wonderful iron flower scattering and dragon dance performance is underway. Throwing iron flowers is a traditional folk art in which performers throw molten iron into the air, which cools and turns into beautiful sparks, forming various shapes and patterns. In the performance, with the rhythm of the music, the performer who sprinkled iron flowers kept throwing molten iron, forming beautiful patterns in the night sky that were dazzling and breathtaking. This performance is not only an artistic enjoyment, but also a cultural inheritance and display, allowing us to feel the profoundness of traditional Chinese culture.

Riding a rocking boat to explore the ancient city is also a unique pleasure. On the banks of the ancient city river, swaying boats slowly move forward in the darkness, and friends sit on the boats, enjoying the beautiful scenery and ancient buildings on both sides. Listening to the boat girl singing the boat tune, it felt like we were in a hazy water town. Our boat slowly moved forward, and the scenery on both sides gradually blurred. Only the lights on the boat and the lights on both sides complemented each other, forming beautiful paintings. In such an atmosphere, it feels very relaxed, comfortable and pleasant, truly a perfect travel experience.

The last stop of the team building is the famous Weishan Lake Honghe Wetland Scenic Area, which is a beautiful place known as the "Geneva Lake of the East". It is located in Weishan Lake, southern Shandong Province. It is the largest freshwater lake in northern China and a famous tourist destination with distinct seasons and beautiful scenery. Taking a boat tour of the lake, the gentle breeze brushes your face, and the blue waves ripple. Friends can fully enjoy the magnificent lake scenery and the surrounding natural scenery. On the shore of Weishan Lake, we also visited some small islands, such as the Memorial Island of the Railway Guerrilla Team, which allowed us to have a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Weishan Lake.

This company's team building activity was very successful, and we gained a lot from it. We not only learned about history and culture, enjoyed beautiful scenery, relaxed our body and mind, but also strengthened the cohesion and collaborative spirit among the team. We have gained a deeper understanding of each other and established a closer connection. I believe that the experience and memories of this trip will become valuable assets in each of our lives.
